Lovely simple villa surrounded by a wonderful park on Lake Garda

The villa is part of a residential complex, immersed in the greenery of a wonderful park, designed by a well-known Italian architect, Mangiarotti, who has perfectly integrated the houses into the natural environment. For this design, the architect received the 'Architetti Verona' award in 2009. The house is very well-kept in the furnishings: the living room has a fully functional fireplace, the kitchen has been recently renovated; one bedroom is double, the other has two single beds. In addition to the possibility of using the fireplace, the house is equipped with heating so it can also be used in colder periods. Around the house there is a green and wooded area belonging to the house itself, which allows perfect privacy. The park and the environment are very suitable for a holiday for families and children and for extended stays. In the residential complex there are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the little ones. There is also a tennis court, which can be freely used by guests, such as the swimming pools themselves, free of charge. In the swimming pool area, sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas are available to residents and guests. Above the small pool there is a ping-pong table. The two swimming pools are open from the beginning of May to the end of September. FREE WIFI! A WIFI service with ADSL with unlimited access is available for the guests of the house. FREE PARKING! A parking lot is located very close to the house, but there are two more in different locations in the park. One of them is near the swimming pool, which can therefore also be reached by car.
