Sleepy Shallows Villa is a fabulous beachfront villa in the picturesque Rio Bueno Bay is situated between Montego Bay and Discovery Bay. The brand new Jamaica villa, with 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms is situated in a spectacular and beautiful property, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Constructed in 2009, the luxury villa Jamaica has a large private swimming pool and beautifully landscaped wonderful lawn that offers picturesque views of the glittering Caribbean Sea and surrounding landscape. The large grassy lawn area is great for kids for them to run and play. The Airport at Montego Bay is 45 minutes from Sleepy Shallows Villa and so are the bright lights, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. Montego Bay is also fantastic for shopping as well as having a wealth of attractions for the tourist and there really is a lot to see and do in Montego Bay and the local areas. Deep sea fishing, snorkel diving, kayaking, windsurfing and several other water sports and activities are available here. Discovery Bay is where Columbus is reputed to have first set foot in the Americas and has a fantastic beach and views. Sleepy Shallows Villa's décor has a contemporary tropical style, reflecting the Caribbean culture with very open spacious living area and dining area opening out onto the popular verandah which has views to the Caribbean Sea and the inviting Sleepy Shallows swimming pool! The living room is very spacious and has a lovely ambiance. The wonderful polished floors and comfortable furniture make this an excellent place to relax. Sleepy Shallows Villa offers contemporary equipment and facilities that are essential components of modern lifestyles, including television sets, DVD, games consoles, Internet, fax and many other items like BBQ, sun loungers and parasols. One of the best spots is the outdoor dining area and veranda which is also the main entertaining area around the pool and in front of the beach and grassy area. There are sea kayaks for the guests' use. The Palm Room is the master bedroom, while the others are The Sand Room, The Allamanda Room and The Plumbago Room. The bedrooms are stylishly designed, making them contemporary and spacious, and have polished wooden flooring throughout. The bedrooms offer air conditioning, ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, while the fourth has two sets of bunk beds. Additional features include large or walk-in closets, and private balconies overlooking the pool and sea, or the mountains. The full-staff at Sleepy Shallows Villa includes the cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener who will keep the property running and make sure that the guests have everything they need for a relaxed and pampered holiday. The Allamanda Room (kids) – Bedroom 3 This room is designed with kids in mind. It has a King bed and a bunk bed, large en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan and a walk in closet. The Plumbago Room – Bedroom 4 This room features a king size bed made of Jamaican guango, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan, walk in closet and a view of the mountains.
