Stunning villa with panoramic views and private infinity pool
Villa Belvedere is aptly named - it is all about the view. Whether gazing from the verandah across mountains, hills and picturesque villages all the way to the sea, floating in the infinity pool looking across to distant views or sitting on the balcony with a drink watching local villages light up like fairy lights as darkness draws in. The villa was built in 2013 using local stone and maintains many traditional features. Built over three floors, it is situated in its own grounds with a large parking area and it’s own olive and fruit trees. There is a large open plan kitchen / dining and living area, all leading onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and spectacular views. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is furnished to a high standard. There is a separate sitting area with TV. On the lower ground floor there is a huge games area with table tennis table, sofas and Xbox. There is a utility room with laundry facilities and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This level leads to the outside area with a covered verandah and outside dining table, barbeque and pizza oven, and the the pool area itself. The upper floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with balcony, stunning views and ensuite bathroom. There are three more double rooms with en-suites. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque medieval village of Palombaro, within walking distance of a excellent trattoria and small local shop that seems to stock everything. Bigger supermarkets and some excellent restaurants are a relatively short drive away. It is approximately a 35 minute drive to the beautiful Adriatic coast and the ski resort of Passo Lanciano is a 50 minutes drive away. Pescara airport is about an hour away; Rome airports about 3 hours.
