WiFi. 8 miles to SJU Airport, 10 miles to Beach, 5 miles to the luxurious Mall of San Juan, 1 minute walk to pharmacy, bakery and fast food, 5 minute walk to supermarket, banks and strip mall, 20 minutes to Old San Juan, Laptop table to work or home school. Deck for fresh air, parking for 1 car, cool air-conditioning in each bedroom, ceiling fan in living room, full kitchen w/microwave, double burner. Electric water heater. Nice and comfortable deck on the 2nd floor accessed a few steps from your front door. This is a shared space with the next door/twin unit. Hang out in the evening with a glass of wine or enjoy a nice cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Nice quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and most have lived there for many years. Uber is available but you may have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to be picked up because there is currently a shortage of drivers. We recommend you rent a car for better mobility and more options. Please turn off air conditioners when you are not home. No Parties! But, please have fun! Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am so please be mindful of the neighbors.
