Summary: This 2 bed, 1 bath furnished Casselton Apartment is perfect for both long term and short term stays! Located in a quite area near various parks and schools you're not far from all that Casselton has to offer and a short drive from Fargo! Our units are completely furnished including bedding! Our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and dishware! Take advantage of our complimentary wifi and smart TV's in the unit as well! Just log in with your favorite streaming services. We've been told our units feel "just like home" and our staff is always there to assist! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $500 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! Upon check out please watch for check out instructions! We don't ask much of our guests - just that bedding is stripped from all beds that were slept in and trash taken out to the dumpster located behind the building! The Space: Please use the door code sent in the check in instructions to enter. Washer and dryer are located in a shared laundry room and are coin operated. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guest Access: This unit is located on the garden level so guests will need to walk down stairs to access the unit. There is no elevator. A door code will be sent two days before check in with the check in instructions! It's all self check in so no key is needed to access the unit. Other Things to Note: You will not have access to a garage, but you will have parking available in the lot next to the building during your stay. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
