There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sitting room with a gas fire. A relaxing conservatory features doors leading out on to a decked area. Outside you will find a lawned garden with a decked area, a front paved and gravelled patio area and off road parking for one car. Historically a centre for boatbuilding, Amble offers a marina, a harbour, sandy beaches and coastal walks to the bird sanctuary at Hauxley and country park at Druridge Bay. Large fishing boats moor along the harbour wall and land a variety of fish, prawns, crabs and lobsters - the daily catch can be bought at a fish shop in the harbour. A great base for exploring the Heritage Coast.
