Welcome to our very special apartment located in a historic home just blocks from the center of town. Great location easily accessible to Anderson University, Tri-County Tech, and Clemson University, unique shopping and wonderful . Apartment sleeps 5 with a queen bed, daybed and pull out sofa. You will have use of a fully stocked kitchen with side by side refrigerator, stove. microwave & appliances. You will have free wi-fi, tv, washer/dryer and beautiful grounds. Many amenities! Daybed is located in the sunroom as you enter the apartment. A door separates the sunroom from the main apartment. Leave this door open or closed to your liking! You will have your own private entrance and your parking space is right at the apartment front door. We leave the porch light on for your arrival! We are located in a historic area of Anderson and less than a mile to historic downtown with its variety of restaurants, pubs, unique shops and parks. Downtown there is on the street parking as well as parking areas behind most shops and restaurants. There is a parking garage on the corner of Whitner St. and Murray Ave. downtown. There are times when the main house is rented for an event. In that case we will certainly let you know the day, time and type of event this is and its hours. In no way will this affect your stay with us.
