Cozy Downtown Rochester Cottage

This charming 1920's 3-bedroom cottage is within walking distance to all that downtown Rochester has to offer! In just 10-minutes, you can be at the luxury Royal Park hotel, Rochester library, Paint Creek trail, Dairy Queen and all of the amazing restaurants and bars in downtown. The backyard is fenced in, and there are two outdoor spaces to enjoy during the warmer months. Each of the three bedrooms is well appointed and provides all of the comforts of a home away from home. In addition to the well-appointed three bedrooms, we have an Attic Nook off of Bedroom 1, which we've used primarily as a private play area for our children. We've recently added a private workspace in the Attic Nook to offer guests the ability to work remotely from our home during stays, so the space now doubles as a play area/work space, depending on your particular needs. We are very pleased with the utility of this additional space and believe our guests will enjoy it as well. Guests are able to access our home with keypad entry access. From the extensive trail system and access to Paint Creek to the upscale shops, restaurants and nightlife, Rochester is an amazing small town with something for everyone. Municipal Park offers a couple of tennis courts, a fishing pond, a creek, two playscapes and a mile long paved path. There is a strict no party policy. Rochester has quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
