Desert Dwelling Private Guesthouse

If you are looking for "wide open spaces" - this is it! Surrounded by desert with fabulous views. You'll be comfortable in this roomy 1 king bedroom, full kitchen & bathroom with shower, combined living/dining room. Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room. This guesthouse is attached to the owners main house. However, has a private entrance with small front patio. There is a king size bed in the oversized bedroom. A queen size sleeper couch in the living room. A coffee pot & coffee is provided. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. There are no stairs, one level. Full size kitchen appliances available for use. no shared areas With Covid restrictions in place I am available during your stay via phone texting. The neighborhood is rural and boasts great views and lots of horses, mules & dogs. The turn off to our address is Matthie Ranch Road which can be a little hard to find after dark. It 's off 93 just north of the Wickenburg Ranch (Trilogy) roundabout (or south if you are coming from Vegas). Lazy Ranch Road is approximately 1.4 mile off Matthie Ranch on a paved road over the railroad tracks thru a wash and past the private airport. Stay on the paved road until you come to West Lazy Ranch Road. Turn right. Follow the road to the mailbox 20665 and turn left. It’s a long driveway. Immediately to your left will be the guesthouse. You can park right outside the door of the guesthouse. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor 61 miles south. Be sure and visit the Desert Caballeros Western Museum located in downtown Wickenburg. This guesthouse is for short term rental only, maximum of 2 weeks. We have one dog a 4 year old Border collie "Mac" and a couple of horses (although the horse area is off limits and the pens are not available for rental).
