Holler's End

Secluded, yet close to town and college. Also close to more than Pinnacle hiking trails. This home offers a double bed (firm mattress) and private bath upstairs, and shared use of gathering, dining, and kitchen spaces, including the refrigerator. A recent heat and air upgrade means guests have full control of the temperature in the guest room. I only ask that if your preference is vastly different from the rest of the house that you keep your door closed. Front porch (gorgeous view) and grounds are also available for guest use, except for area around the other home on the property. The pool is off limits due to health guideline restrictions. Guest bedroom is upstairs on the left and the guest bath is obvious from the hall. Downstairs areas guests may also use include living/dining areas and kitchen, front porch, and the yard, both back and front. I am generally available after 9 am and before 11 pm should needs arise. I am available for conversation if I am not reading or writing. My end of the holler setting means that it is usually quiet here. However, on occasion people hiking the pinnacle feel compelled to offer their voices to the wind. Free parking, welcome to walk in woods or around loop drive (nearly .5 mile), but please respect my renter's space. This property is under the Indian Fort Lookout pinnacle where many people enjoy hiking. The trial head is 5 minutes away. Due to health issues, no perfumes, scented soaps, or other products that are not organic are permitted in my home.
