The local IGA is in the middle of town so no long trips for your groceries. Fishing boats leave the local marina on the north side of town three times a day. Sailboats and fishing boats can be seen from your bedroom window during the warmer months. And the commercial fishing boats all year long. A local bus, taxi will take you to the Long Beach Train station in 15 minutes. And from there to Manhattan in less than 45 minutes. Long Beach cabs are available 24/7/365. Commercial fishing boats docked on the north side of town supply the local fish store and the attached restaurant with fresh fish all year long. Pool & swings on the north side of the house.
