Clarkson Garden Apartment - seperate entrance and garden space

Planning a break to Perth, business trip, relocating of just shifting home. Short or longer term. My place is 7minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes drive from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with small kids).
