Sitting on the 8th green, this condo offers access to all the community amenities of tennis & pickle ball courts, golf, and playgrounds. As you walk into the condo with just a one step entrance, you are greeted with the open floor plan of the living room, dining room, kitchen & sun room. The master bedroom (king) has an adjoining luxurious en suite. The TV's have Roku's attached. A gas grill is also available. While at the resort you can enjoy a great 18-hole golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. There’s a beautiful three mile walk or run around the resort. There are also marinas nearby to launch your boat. You can enjoy basketball, sand volleyball, tennis courts, swings, and playgrounds which are available for your enjoyment. This is a four unit condo. You will have access to the bottom left unit. Feel free to call me with any concerns or questions. Nestled along the shores of the scenic Lake Cumberland, you'll have serene forest views and easy access to endless outdoor recreation, including Cumberland Falls ( which has beautiful hiking trails), Pulaski County Park, Big South Fork Scenic Railway, Daniel Boone Forest (which has beautiful scenic views and hiking trails) and Mill Springs Mill not far from the condo. It will be very helpful for our neighbors if you park your cars single file and not take up two spaces to allow for my neighbors to park in their spots and you park your own cars one behind the other. I only have one space which is marked 85-1 and is on the right curb but there’s room for 2 cars single file. Thank you for being considerate of the limited parking. You can park in the grass if you need to next to the parking lot of Unit 84. Since this is a four unit condo we request you are considerate with the noise level by 10:00 pm.
