The en-suite contemporary bathroom provides double sinks on an oak unit, double sized shower with drench shower fitting, large illuminated mirror, chrome towel rails, wall hung toilet. Towels, bath mats and pool towels are included. Sitting room with sofa, contemporary furnishing, Bluetooth speaker, ''Smart' TV's and USB chargers for phones and tablets. Custom made kitchen with stone colour units, quartz worktops, integrated dishwasher, chrome oven, induction hob and extensively equipped. Private portico with dining for 4 people and gas BBQ. At the coast, which is a 25 minute drive, will find 'blue flag' beaches extending for many miles with a great many fresh fish / seafood restaurants & bars or drive for about 45 minutes and you are in the mountains with fresh water glacial lakes and golden eagles soaring overhead.
