La Plage is a newly renovated 1970's character home featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms with all of the luxuries you would like to expect for a hassle free holiday. All furnishings are beautifully appointed to match the unique style of Old Quinns. The renovated vintage styled kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice maker and other handy kitchen appliances. The lounge room features a Plasma TV and DVD player, surrounded by a funky leather lounge suite. A centrally located wood fire creates atmosphere and warmth. The outside area is very private, with an outdoor dining set, barbeque and large rectangle solar heated above ground salt water pool. All linen is provided.. Just bring your suitcase. This holiday home has four double bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. The garden of La Plage is surrounded by limestone, with a grassy child friendly garden and off course a safe above ground solar heated pool. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 2. We allow 24 hours ( for Australia based guests ) and 48 hours ( for international guests ) to pay for the deposit. 3. Bookings can only be awarded, secured and confirmed if the deposit is paid and settled. 4. A $120 departure cleaning fee applies. 5. Allowance for gas and electricity included in weekly rent CANCELLATION POLICY 1. The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled. 2. No refund of deposit and/or balance payment if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
