It is surrounded by a private garden with high trees, bordering the Foreste Casentinesi National Park. The inviting apartment on the ground floor measures 45m² and is accessed from the garden. It is suitable for two people. It has a kitchen with a two-ring induction hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The living and dining room provides a dining table with four chairs and an antique fireplace with a sink that is only decorative. There are also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. NOTE: if this property is booked for two adults plus a child, the area marked in green on the layout (photo) is made available. If the property is booked by four adults and a child, an additional bedroom is provided on the same floor, with a balcony and a private bathroom. This option is marked in orange on the layout (ca. 18m²). Behind the villa there are a 1300m² fenced garden and a paved 100m² courtyard with tables, benches and a barbecue, which can be illuminated at night. There is also a pool (11.5 x 5.5m, open 5.5. to 29.9.) and a sunny terrace with deckchairs and parasols. Both are for shared use. From here you can enjoy a fabulous view of the rooftops of the locality and the hilly landscape. There are parking spaces in the street off site. During the renovation work on the villa in 2003, the decorations on the walls, the ceilings with wooden beams and the cotto flooring (some of which are the old original floors) were restored to their former glory. The villa is partially furnished with antiques. A bread rolls delivery service can be ordered on request from Monday to Saturday. A special surprise awaits our guests once a week. This apartment is ideal for couples and small families. The villa is next to a park with waymarked cycle paths. The Adriatic coast is about 90 minutes away by car, the Tyrrhenian Sea two hours by car. You can also swim in the lake 1.5km from the centre of Pratovecchio, or in Stia in the Arno River. Pratovecchio is about 4km away. You can go on trips to the zoo at Poppi, to the Della Verna pilgrimage church, to the Camaldoli hermitage, and the Foreste Casentinesi National Park. Florence and Arezzo are 50 minutes away by car, Siena 80 minutes. You can get from Arezzo to Rome by express train in just an hour and 5 minutes, so you can even go there on a day trip. In Casalino there is a little general shop where you can have small meals and use the Internet connection.
