Casa Veronica on lake Lugano

Beautiful apartment located in a historical house with large garden and pool for private use. Living room with sofa bed, large kitchen with dining table and dish washer, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. An additional room is available starting from 5 guests bookings. This room is situated on the same level, but it has a separate entrance. The Casa Veronica is perfect for families, has WIFI and there are free parking spaces in front of the entrance to the garden gate. It is located at the entrance of the village of Viconago, just above the public parking. It is easily recognizable by its stone façade and the large garden with flounces. Guests have access to the large garden with pool where children can play and adults can lay in the sun on the deck chairs till late in the evening. My husband Maurizio and I live on the upper floor of the house and are available to advise guests on places to visit, the best restaurants in the area and everything to do between Lake Lugano and Lake Maggiore. The village of Viconago is very quiet, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains. The summer evenings are animated by children playing in the pedestrian streets and the bar that is located in the main square. Often there is live music and the inhabitants organize feasts and concerts. The village of Viconago is only a short drive from Lake Lugano, and from the town of Ponte Tresa, where tourists can find shops and restaurants. Every saturday in Ponte Tresa there is a street market. The house's strategic position allows guests to reach the center of Viconago in a few minutes, where they will find a bar and a restaurant with amazing lake view. The town of Luino and Lake Maggiore are just 20 minutes away. The city of Varese, that offers a wide choice of shops and entertainment such as cinemas, theaters, shows and concerts, is reachable in only 25 minutes drive. Milan is 1 hour away. Moreover the village of Viconago is located very close to the border, and allows guests to reach Switzerland in a few minutes drive. The closest city is Lugano, only 20 minutes. Even Lake Como is only 50 minutes away, a perfect destination for a day trip in Bellagio. IMPORTANT: - The second bedroom is available starting from 5 guests bookings. The room has a separate access from the apartment. - No smoking is permitted in the accommodation and in the garden. - The apartment has no private parking. Guests can park in the free public parking just below the house. - Only guests who have booked or are included in the reservation can stay in the house.
