The kitchen is off the dining area, and washroom facilities are located on the same floor.The stair rises from the living area and leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 double, and 1 twin. One of the double rooms has en suite facilities, and all 3 bedrooms have their own terrace. There is also an independant shower room located on this level. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The local restaurant is a short walk up the hill, and is rustic and traditional, with home smoked hams, and cheeses, and home made wine, well worth a visit .... and views to die for.Herceg Novi is a 10 min drive down hill and offers restaurants, cafes, and watersports galore.The tiny village of Njivice is fantastic for its little beaches and to catch a boat ride to local attractions. A hire car is essential for getting to and from the villa. A stay tax is applicable to all tourists visiting Montenegro at a charge of 1 euro p.p.p.n.for the duration of your stay. 12 - 18 year old charges are half price. Our agent will require your passports to present at the tourist office for scanning along with your payment.
