Room #3 - In big house w/pool | Quiet Neighborhood

Private room in a cozy house with a lot of natural light and a big pool. The 3 rooms upstairs are listed in Airbnb, so if you book only one, there's a possibility that you see other guests. I only accept guests with good reviews because I also live in the house and like to feel safe. Quiet neighborhood and there is a nature preserve right in front. 8 minute drive away from mall, Walmart, Joe pool lake, and a lot of restaurants. Drive 20 minutes to cowboys stadium and Texas Rangers. Big House: 2 living rooms, 2 dinning rooms, big kitchen, big backyard with pool to relax, playground. Every space of the house is shared except the bedrooms, which are private. Everyone is expected to clean after themselves and we clean before and after a new guest arrives. *There is another room available for 2 so please inquiry about that if you are more than 4 You will have access to all the house except private rooms. I love socializing with my guests. I’m usually in the kitchen for breakfast or dinner on the week, but mostly on my room when I’m off work. Quiet neighborhood. We are close to Cedar Hill Reserve Park, Hillside Village Shopping Mall, and lots of stores. You can easily take freeways to go to downtown or another one to go to Grand Prairie/Arlington There is not public transportation close by, so if you don’t have your own vehicle, you can use Uber or similar. There is a shopping mall pretty close and a lot of restaurants and grocery shops 20 minutes to AT&T Stadium 25 minutes to Six Flags 30 minutes to Downtown Dallas Easy access to Grand Prairie and Arlington Shopping center is 8 minutes away (Walmart, Kroger, plenty of restaurant and retail stores)
