Lisa’s Beautiful Private Room and Bathroom

This townhome is one of the most spacious townhomes I have been in. Modern facilities, clean, easy access to shopping centers, Starbucks, and freeways. Safe newer Community with Community pool and hot tub. The townhome is less than 5 years old, walls are nicely insulated so neighbors are not heard. Townhome is on corner and only one shared wall with air conditioning, and in a safe community with many popular and well known restaurants. Although there is not a private entrance, the bedroom/bathroom feels very private since it is the only living quarters on the first floor. This is a three-story townhome built 4 years three years ago. Family guests who have stayed in this room have stated that the room and bathroom are very private and feel very separate from the rest of the townhome. Please note that although there are kitchen privileges for guests who book 2 weeks or longer, there is a kitchen curfew, from 5am-9:30pm. My kitchen is a part of the open floor plan upstairs where I spend much of my time in the evening. You also have a large refrigerator for you use in garage and microwave in kitchenette close to your room. On occasion we will share the large freezer in the garage. The bedroom, bathroom, Community pool, hot tub, refrigerator in garage, Kerig Coffee maker, (pods for 3 days) and microwave in kitchenette are available for guests. The rest of the townhome, the second and third floors (except for the kitchen) are for owners use and are not available for guests. I will be available by phone when I am working to assist and as she any questions guests may have and available sometimes in the evening. This neighborhood is a beautiful safe townhome Community with playground for children, a pool, hot tub, walking paths, close to Target and Starbucks Coffee across the street. The freeway is less than 5 minutes away and 20 minutes from South San Jose. This townhome is 3.5 years old and I am the only owner. Close to bus stops, Starbucks and Peet’s Coffee, restaurants and local shopping, target, Walmart, Safeway, and Trader Joe’s. Townhome is spacious and less than 5 minutes away, five minutes away from downtown Morgan Hill with many new restaurants and music activities. I welcome TRAVELING NURSES. Please ask for discounted special rate for longer-term (1-4 month stays). Additional amenities may be available for guests who stay for 1 week or longer. The TV is available for your use, the microwave, the Kerig Coffee maker, shower, and large refrigerator in garage on same level as bedroom. Room and bathroom is the only bedroom on first floor and is private and separate from rest of the townhome. Please note that I supply water and coffee for 3 days only. The Kerig maker takes regular Kerig cups. You are welcome to utilize the pool as well as the hot tub a short walk away. Pool is heated May through October.
