Como House offers your own private entrance, free Wi-Fi and parking. It features very large airconditioned en suite room with King size bed, private bathroom, your own kitchenette and a second bedroom (available at extra cost) if required. Children under 1 yr old are free if age is stated in enquiry. There is also an extra king bedroom suite (extra cost) if required for more guests. We require all guests to kindly be double vaccinated against Covid-19 before requesting a booking. Como House Bed & Breakfast offers a relaxing and luxurious stay in the leafy avenues of Como which is 8 minutes south of the city of Perth and all it has to offer. A fresh continental breakfast of tea or coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, white or sourdough toast, delicious choice of jams and spreads are on offer each morning. Special requests are available if required. Your own kitchenette offers fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a large shower, vanity with mirror, soft fluffy towels and hair dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have their key to provide your own access via a separate front door from the front porch. You have access to the Hosts as often as you wish or not at all if you wish to remain private. The area is completely separate from the rest of the house with its own front door access. Como, near South Perth, with a new coffee shop and delightful gift shop just around the corner, is the perfect location for visitors to Perth for sporting events, business or vacation. Curtin University, Technology Park and Penrhos College are just around the corner. It offers easy access to the Port of Fremantle for connecting with cruise ships, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Perth Arena for concerts and sporting events, and Crown Casino and Perth airports. Within walking distance is The Como Hotel, the art deco style Cygnet Cinema, and Como Beach with both walking and cycling paths along the picturesque Swan River. The nearby Preston Street Shopping Precinct also has Cafes, IGA Supermarket, Bakery, Newsagents, Pharmacy and The Karalee Tavern. Perth Airport is 17km away, the "must see" King`s Park is not far and the beautiful Swan Valley with its great selection of wineries, breweries and boutique food and produce outlets is only 20km. Collier Public Golf Course is 1km and Royal Perth Golf Club and Perth Zoo with all its attractions is only 2.8 km. If you prefer public transport, there are 2 bus routes nearby offering frequent bus services to Perth and Fremantle with its harbour and a multitude of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and Taverns. Garden City Shopping Centre is easily accessible by bus. Also nearby is Canning Bridge train station offering transport to Perth and seaside Mandurah. 0 If you have your own car, we offer parking at the house, otherwise there is also bus and train routes nearby. Taxis are also readily available. We have 2 extra bedrooms, one adjacent to the main bedroom (at extra cost) and another bedroom (Garden View room, listed seperately) with its own bathroom and King size bed (convertible to 2 singles). These are available at extra cost if you have children or your own guests. This in effect can make into a 3 bedroom apartment, if required.
