A cute quiet home in the middle of Gympie

Our home is in the Gympie CBD in a quiet street and within a short walking distance to shopping centre, town, cafes, restaurants or a very short taxi ride!), this cosy home ticks all the boxes if you are looking at just getting away and exploring Gympie and it's surrounds. Gympie is the gateway to Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island with beautiful day trips out to the Mary Valley, Kilkivan & Goomeri and out to the coast or Noosa. The space is shared and we do have a dog but we welcome all guests. We have been in our first home since January 21, our humble 1960's house is a work in progress with lots of ideas in the making... we are ready to share it, and be a home away from home for those wanting to explore the region. Large yard, with shady trees, polished floors with high ceilings and cool rooms with fans. Fully equipped kitchen, however walking distance or quick drive to cafes and restaurants. Short walk or drive to the Mary Valley Rattler. 700m to the hwy entrance north and south. Main rooms are shared including bathroom/kitchen however you have your own lovely room with a Android TV which you can watch your own shows or stream from your phone if your just want to chill out by yourself. You have access to the entire home, except our study and own bedroom of course. Bathroom, kitchen, living and dining are shared - with access to laundry if needed. The space is shared, including bathrooms and kitchens. However living rooms are seperate so little to as much interaction as you like. We can give you travel tips and suggestions, and off you go. We both work full time, and love being out on our mountain bikes or on the motorbike. We are very laid back and are respectful of space, but happy to have a chat and share a beer also. Room has it's own Android TV which you can watch you own shows on or stream from your phone if you just want some of your own space. :) Gympie CBD is cruisy, and pretty relaxed on weekends, so grab breakky at one of the multiple cafes, stroll through the antique and vintage stores followed by dinner out at some of our new restaurants or country pubs. Or get up, grab a coffee and head out to West or to the Coast. There so much to see and do - its a very diverse region from hinterland, to rainbow sands to wide sweeping plains, we can give you local tips. We live with our kelpie, Flick. She is the housemate that doesn't pay the bills or do housework, but is good for pats and a play at the park.
