The Dovecote

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. The Dovecote is over 200 years old, but recently lovingly restored and converted into a romantic, modern, elegant, yet quaintly rustic guest accommodation. You have exclusive use of the entire Dovecote and it’s private courtyard garden, with free parking immediately in front of it. Guests enjoy complete access to the entire Dovecote, with its private courtyard garden and indoor hot tub for their exclusive use. Guests will usually be personally greeted, although sometimes this might not be possible. Beyond that, the privacy of guests is respected, but I am usually on hand to answer any questions or provide guidance if needed. The property is within easy access of the local market towns of Wisbech and March, with Peterborough, Kings Lynn and Cambridge being only a little farther. The royal residence of Sandringham and a number of Norfolk beaches are also within around an hour. Immediately across the road is The Nene Way, providing riverside walks and the village pub, The Oliver Twist, is within a five minute walk, serving wonderful evening meals and Sunday lunches. It is easiest to come by car, with free on-site parking available, although guests have also used public transport and taxis to arrive.
