Fantastic climate, no A/C needed! Parking on site, strong wifi, onsite English speaking manager, beautiful gardens, path to river. Perfect for remote working/learning or a peaceful couples getaway. Laundry, housekeeping available at additional cost. Water and electricity included. Large infinity pool and sunbathing area (shared only when other guests onsite). Very large covered seating area with wood fired grill and smoker. Very large stocked kitchen, with refrigerator, stove and microwave. 10 acres to roam- gardens, nature trail, jungle and river. We live in the US but are available to chat through text or email. Happy to give suggestions about the area and discuss details about the property any time. INTERNET. Internet service is fiber optic 30 Mbps, and is provided in the rooms, along the exteriors, and at the pool/rancho.
