Stylish townhouse close to M4 and Swansea city

Our house is a stylish townhouse extremely close to the M4 and Swansea centre and we’re also a 30 minute drive to the Gower. Plenty of parking is available as well as a lovely garden to enjoy drinks or a barbecue. The hot tub is available from March to October in the garden too. Breakfast can be provided if requested or alternatively you have access to the kitchen. Several pubs nearby in walking distance and beautiful scenic routes for long walks. Welcome treat provided on arrival. Beautiful location for a weekend break. Lots of scenic routes for walks, canals and mountain views. Swansea bay is situated nearby and access to the M4 is on the doorstep. 15 minute drive to Waterfall country and just a little further and you’re in the Brecon Beacons’. Perfect location to stay for events in Singleton and Swansea. A private double bedroom with wardrobes and drawers provided. A tv also provided in the bedroom with Netflix access. A private bathroom with a shower and bath, spacious and homely. Guests have use of the living room, kitchen, outdoor dining area and guest bedroom/bathroom. Either my husband or I (or both) can be present to welcome you and will be available should you need us. We provide information of nearby walks/restaurants/sites worth visiting upon arrival. A quiet, friendly housing estate. Very peaceful with beautiful views overlooking mountains and over Swansea Bay. All public transport provided with easy access links to the M4. We own a 6 year old miniature goldendoodle (hypoallergenic) who is allowed access to the house apart from the guest room and bathroom. Should you prefer for the dog to not be here during a weekend stay, this can be arranged.
