Nice apartment for up to 4 guests. General-renovated, wooden floor, underfloor heating, high ceilings, individual decor with pers. Flair ... in the old building :) A booking is possible from 2 nights. The second home in our house has been renovated from the ground up last year. Equipped with a cozy wooden flooring, underfloor heating, a painting with ecological calendars etc. Also the bathroom was overhauled with selected bathroom furniture. The house is from 1912 and stands in the old "village part" of Olewig - opposite the Blesius garden. The quite high wooden beam ceilings Quickly convey the charm of the turn of the century (thus occasionally one gets occasionally also a little from the upper one Floor with, but also quite to this charm). The bedroom we have to the back - to the courtyard (which you Can also use). This is pleasantly quiet. The kitchen and the living room are facing the street, Here it is a little more lively, which I like very much;) You can see people on the street - but they can also quite Hide if you do not feel like it. The old part of Olewig is gastronomically very well presented - this belongs among other things. Also the Blesius garden, with its Nice beer garden - but also with a small swimming pool, sauna etc. It is an advantage (for us as a cyclist) that Olewiger Straße 130 can be reached by bicycle Beautiful cycle paths are easy to drive in a quarter of an hour into the city. Or use public transport. A bus stop (Rchtg. City) lies diagonally opposite :) Would be glad if we would get to know each other :) Sunny greetings from Trier You can contact me via my mobile number or by mail or simply in the house. :) Olewig is a small, idyllic wine village on the outskirts of Trier. Here there are many nice wine locals and a house brewery (Blesius garden), with great beer garden and recommended organic kitchen - directly in front of the door. A nice wellness area, with sauna, applications (by appointment) and small swimming pool are also usable. And if you want to spend the evening especially, reserve a table at the Sternerestaurant Weinhaus Becker - a 5-minute walk away. What I would like to mention is the fact that I find the location in Olewig also so wonderful because you go here in many directions, directly on beautiful trails. The Hunsrück-Höhenweg winds past nearby or the sunny vineyards vis a vis, invite you to a small, fast trip. Just ask us ... In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop, where the buses enter the city. The way on foot is however a very nice alternative, as we always get confirmed by our guests. If you want to leave your car, it can easily be parked in the public car parks (for example, in the car park of St. Anna Church). The warm water setting of our house corresponds to the experiences we have been able to make with our guests: From 6.30am to 11am the water is heated to 39 degrees Celsius. It is then kept warm in a hot water buffer store and heated again to 32 degrees Celsius in the late afternoon (from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm). If you have other habits for hot water use, we will gladly adjust it. Just contact us.
