The perfect Wine Country setting! We are adhering to the new Airbnb cleaning protocol. The elegant guest house is 2 bed 2.5 bath home and is perfect for your weekend getaway! Sitting on 10 acres of oak trees, olive trees and overlooking vineyards; the views are spectacular and you can see for miles! The sunrises and sunsets are picturesque! It is also very dark and wonderful for stargazing ! Each bedroom has its own private bath and deck. Enjoy your coffee or evening wine on any of the 4 decks Enjoy your stay in this charming, custom, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath guest house with plenty of outdoor space. For your comfort, each bedroom has separately controlled heat and air-conditioning. The kitchen and living room also contains, a separately controlled heating and air-conditioning unit; as well as a gas fireplace; in which to lounge on colder evenings. You and your family will find this elegant, but cozy home, a perfect place to relax and escape the monotony of daily life. The house is perfect for couples and families to share. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom and separate private deck. Outside there is plenty of space to BBQ, and relax in a beautiful setting. The back deck contains a propane gas BBQ and outdoor table. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring food! After a day of wine tasting, many of our guests prepare a wonderful meal, enjoy their wine and watch the sunset on the private west deck! The owners live on the property full-time in the separate main house, but are always mindful of guests privacy. You will have complete privacy, but they are always available if needed, for any reason. There are two dogs on the property who are very friendly. We ask that you leave your pets at home even though we love pets! The gate to the property will be open until 11 pm each night. If you are arriving after 11, text or call us and we will open the gate for you. This property is 10 minutes (10 miles) into downtown Paso Robles and about 20 minutes (14 miles) from Lake Nacimiento. There are two BBQ's for you to use: one Santa Maria BBQ (wood not supplied) and a propane BBQ. The property is fenced and gated. There isn’t a garage, however there is lots of space for parking.
