Located just 3 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan, this home is the perfect location to experience all that West Michigan has to offer. As we love to say, “The West side is the best side!” Come see for yourself! We are taking extra cleaning and sanitizing precautions on all surfaces, between rentals. There is an 8 person hot tub on the property for an additional $100. This home has a welcoming vibe, from its open living and dining room, to the kitchen that beckons guests to share in the cooking. With 4 private bedrooms, the house can easily accommodate families or 4 couples, and there is ample privacy. GR is known as Beer City USA, and boasts one of the largest collections of local microbreweries in one location. Throughout every season, visitors can find festivals and special events changing weekly. From semi-pro hockey and baseball, award-winning local restaurants, to comedy clubs, large and small music venues, multiple museums, John Ball Park Zoo, our 158-acre botanical garden and sculpture park (Frederik Meijer Gardens), children’s activities and local theater and Broadway tours, GR has something for everyone. And if you need a day to leave the hustle and bustle of the city, a scenic thirty minute drive will find you at the beautiful Lake Michigan towns of Grand Haven or Holland.
