3 bedroom annex in the beautiful village of Withiel with a secluded private patio and garden area. The entrance and back door are for sole use of guests. Benefit from a peaceful rural location in mid Cornwall that is only 10 minutes from the A30 and an ideal base to explore all that the county has to offer. This is an ideal location for the North and South Coast beaches, the Eden Project, Lanhydrock, Padstow and Rock. Most places in Cornwall are within an hour by car. Newly renovated with new kitchen and bathroom last year. The entrance and back door to the garden area are for sole use of guests. The bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed with glass doors opening on to the patio. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Bedroom 3: a converted attic with beautiful views of the surrounding county side. It is accessed by narrow stairs (see photo) which those staying in the room must be comfortable using. There is no stair gate at the top and it is not suitable for children. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen table seats 4 but extra chairs are available. Comfortable lounge with 2 sofas (to seat 6) and a tv. One bathroom with shower. The property accommodates six but would be more comfortable for 4 people in terms of the kitchen and dining area. There is a private secluded patio/garden area with tables, chairs and bbq. It is an enclosed area. The back door of the kitchen and glass doors from one of the bedrooms both open onto a patio and garden area which is enclosed and private. Entrance for sole use of guests.
