Comfortable king room in quiet house.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Backing on to a lake, our home offers a quiet, restful retreat, one mile from town, a 15 minute walk to Basildon train station or Festival Leisure. Just over 2 miles to the hospital, A127 and A13. Often described as a tardis, the house is spacious and bright with a modern decor. Free WiFi and help yourself to tea, coffee and cereal. There is good street parking in our qiuet cul-de-sac and local shops are less than a 5 min walk. Our home is an oasis, situated a mile from Basildon town centre in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house backs on to an ancient moat named in the doomsday book, and attracts an array of birds and wildlife. (Terry the terapin is often at the backdoor). Your room is situated at the back of the house, and is fitted with a blackout blind (keeping the room cool on hot days) and has a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has undergone total renovation, and is now fitted with a walk in shower. (please note the bathroom is not fully finished as of Jan, and will be contining into Feb). Fresh towels are included. As are hot drinks, cereal and toast, which can be made in the kitchen. Communal areas include kitchen, dining room, bathroom (the bathroom is next for renovation as it needs it, but has a shower and is functional) and garden. Hot tub is available during summer months subject to weather and chemicals. Guests are more than welcome to use the communial areas; kitchen including the washing machine if you're staying for a week or more and the dinning area. This is our home and whilst we welcome you, we ask you don't treat us as if we are your servants. We have a garden over looking the moat with a day bed and hot tub, you're more than welcome to use if available.
