Because we are in a rural area beware of kangaroos, wallabies, fox and wild animals in the property. When checking out kindly leave the house as you received it or penalties may apply. Please don't eat and drink in the bedrooms. Remember to turn off AC/heating when going out. Remember to take extra care of the keys provided. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Take care of furnitures. Any damage will incur a damage fee. Do not rearrange furnitures. Dishes must be cleaned prior to check out. bring your own towels (part of covid precautions). Empty your trashes prior to check out. No illegal substances allowed inside the house. Once the bins at the property is full kindly take your own bin bags home for disposal as it's a rural area and the bins only gets collected fortnightly.
