The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 6. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, plug in induction on ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a large bedroom with fantastic walk-in shower, another sofa bed and place to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend. There are electric gates that provide access to the property and off-road secure parking for several cars. If the weather is nice feel free to sit outside. The bifold doors open right up and that’s the perfect spot for a sun- downer. Feel free to use the seating outside the property and enjoy the sunshine. Bampton is a pretty village of Cotswold stone buildings and impressive church that was used as the backdrop to the village scenes in Downton Abbey. There are 4 pubs in the village, a couple of places to grab a good breakfast, Co-Op shop for all your needs, post office, cash-point and even a hair salon. We are surrounded by amazing countryside, dog walks and some of the best pubs in the country. A car is the best mode of transport but this part of the world is very popular with cyclists and walkers and there are many great places to experience nearby.
