원주도심에 있어요 세브란스 병원 , 중앙시장 풍물시장등 모두 도보가능 . 백종원의 미로시장 급부상 도보 5분입니다 2박이상 중장기 숙박을 추천합니다. 1박손님은 후기가 별로 안좋아요. 가성비 좋은 도심숙소로 남고자합니다 타게스트와의 교류는 없습니다. 추천하지도 않아요. 개별여행, 업무출장용입니다 동화수목원 개장 감영하우스 앞길에 1천평규모의 강원감영과 연못이 있습니다. 낮에도 야경도 아름답고요. 전용주차장은 일산로 85-8 이고요. 다빈치안경원 옆에 할머니주차장에 주차가능합니다 .
