This comfortable, well-equipped four bedroom, 2 bathrooms house, with a hot tub, free Netflix, wifi and private parking is located in the heart of stunning English Riviera. Only 3 minutes walk from the Paignton sea front. Paignton harbour and pier is less than 10 minutes walk along the beach. Private garden with a hot tub. Pets and Children are very welcome. Fantastic location. Please note, hot tub is included in price June - August. Outside of these months, there is a fee of £50. The two large bedrooms with the king size bed can split into to beds in each room. Therefore anyone needs separate beds for 7 people, we can provide that. There is a DBL bed in one of the rooms, which can sleep up to 2, hence the property is advertised for 8 people. Total of separate beds in the property - 7. The entire house and private garden The house has self check in system and I am available to answer any questions until 11 pm. For any emergency I am available 24/7 via phone. There is a welcome book in the property, with some recommendations where to go where you visit the area.
