Double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite and private courtyard/garden area with furniture and views of surrounding farmland. Private access to come and go as you please. Complete with TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating, hot water, microwave and mini fridge. Supplied with tea, coffee, porridge and snacks. We’re just next door if you need us 15 min drive to historic town of Knaresborough. 25 min drive to holiday destination Harrogate. 40 min drive to city of York. 10 mins from the A1. Private drive with plenty of safe parking. The annex is completely detached but we are next door if required. Burton Leonard is a lovely village with independent local pub and village store and post office serving hot and cold food as well as the usual 'basics'. In addition to the beautiful Harrogate, Knaresborough and York, Newby Hall, Fountains Abby and Ripon Cathedral are definitely worth a visit. Pets are welcome, however please note it is only one bedroom so space is limited. We also have 2 male black labs of our own.
