Family room with TV and couch that seats 5. Full kitchen, two story rooftop deck with sofa, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, 2.5 baths. Very safe neighborhood. Guests are welcome to use the whole house. The first floor has a full kitchen with a kitchen table,a small living room with a table and seating for 7, and a half bath. The second floor has a washer and dryer, a family room with a TV and couch that seats 5, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath. The third floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a large full bathroom with shower, tub and dual sinks. The rooftop deck is two levels with a sofa, several chairs, and two tables. There is a parking pad behind the house and two available parking permits for street parking upon request. Guests can use the whole house. Always available by phone or email. Walking distance to more than 20 bars, both Orioles and Ravens stadium, Horseshore Casino, and the Inner Harbor. Short drive to BWI airport. Best way to get around is waking. Ravens stadium, Orioles stadium, Horseshoe casino, Federal Hill bars, and the Inner Harbor are all a short 10-20 minute walk away. Driving around Baltimore is also easy, especially when you have a parking pad to come back to. Uber, Lyft, and public transportation are also easily available. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the house. There will be an automatic $550 fine for any smoking.
