Once owned by a minister and forestry manager, it is a quiet contemplative place and there are gorgeous plantings throughout the outdoor spaces. Owners are responsive and nearby. We sincerely hope you enjoy this lovely place! The space is right on the canal in Chesterfield Township. Enjoy glimpses of the lake. You can rent a boat slip for an additional charge. It’s completely renovated, so you’ll find it clean and cozy. The upstairs master suite has satin sheets and a round bed! The other upstairs room can act as an office or another bedroom. The two downstairs bedrooms are right beside the bath. Outdoors you’ll find contemplative space, to be at one with nature. You’ll have the home to yourself. One of the boat slips is available for an additional charge. The owners retain the basement level for maintenance and storage, and occasionally they’ll be on site enjoying the property and the boat slips. Feel free to make yourself at home. If you walk from this home to there you will see marinas and a beautiful neighborhood. A car is best to get around, however there are lovely neighborhoods for walking nearby. Please enjoy but no pets or smoking allowed. Please only drive on the straight driveway and not on the grass. Please keep the temperature around 67°. Please turn out the lights when you go out.
