Surrounded by farming land the house lies in the Seven Valleys region of Northern France. Close to Agincourt and Montreuil with Le Touquet and Breck beaches about 40 minutes away. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a separate bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom. Both have good showers. There is parking for at least 4/5 cars on the property and outside about 2. 10 minutes away is the village of Hucqueliers with bank, bars and shops. Fruges is about 20 minutes away with more shops and bars and then there is Montreiul about 20 minutes away with Le Touquet and Berck about 40 minutes. The property lies next to a stream and there are various points along the way where you can sit and enjoy. Up the road is the little Notre Dame chapel where you can light a candle for loved ones.
