Lovely en-suite room in quiet house. Very private. Kitchen available with use of microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. The house is on a quiet road with spectacular views. Convenient for Nottingham, Loughborough, East Midlands parkway and airport. 3 miles from Sutton Bonnington campus. Possibility of addition adjacent room for child. Well behaved dogs welcome Please note, I do not provide breakfast, just tea, coffee milk and sugar. The bedroom is a reasonable size. It has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and powerful shower. There is a desk and a TV. Towels are provided and there is a hair drier in the chest of drawers. There is shared use of the kitchen with tea, coffee and milk available. There is a microwave available. The property is in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Note the kitchen is occasionally shared I am not always present at the property but always contactable by phone for any help Little Homestead is in the middle of the country side surrounded by fields. It is also accessible to Nottingham, Leicester and Derby, being less than 10 minutes from junction 24 on M1. East Midlands airport is 15 minutes, East Midlands airport is 10 minutes. Sutton Bonington University campus is 5 minutes The property is close to the A453. Come of at the junction signposted West Leake, Gotham and Sutton Bonington. When you arrive on West Leake Lane, the cottage is the last one on the left as you drive towards West Leake. Please park on the front drive way. There is a second small bedroom available if you are travelling as a family. Well behaved dogs are welcome
