Pets are allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, locker, comfortable king-sized bed & an extra foldable bed are offered in all rooms. - All bedrooms are equipped with a balcony offering some stunning views of the surrounding hills. - All rooms have an ensuite bathroom and designated workstation. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom on the ground floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - All bathrooms are well-ventilated via the presence of exhaust fans. COMMON AREAS - The villa features an expansive living room based on the ground floor. - This living room with its comfy sofa-style & couch seating can easily accommodate up to 25 people. - Apart from quite the home away from home vibes, the living room features a contemporary and chic interior with a tinge of luxury. - It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV and a music system. - The living room does not have an air conditioning system, however, fans are available. - The dining area, which is part of the living room, can serve up to 15 people comfortably. - This property also features a cosy lounge area and a TV room, both on the ground floor. - A night of star-gazing and some quality family time is definitely on the cards on the common balcony & the terrace which has ample seating arrangements. - The balcony can easily accommodate up to 10 people. - Take a relaxing dip in the private pool which is 40 x 20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Some funky pool floats along with a pool volleyball are also available. - Take part in an array of outdoor activities in the 1,00,000ft. exteriors of the villa which feature a basketball court, pickleball court & a badminton court. - The exteriors also feature a 6,000 sq.ft lush lawn. - There is a private gym for all fitness enthusiasts. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes. Access to elaborate cooking is not allowed. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, purifier, mixer, grinder and an assortment of spices and condiments. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost per person. - Consumption and preparation of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - A barbecue setup can also be arranged for no additional charge. The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a CCTV camera installed in the exterior area of the house for security purposes - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights, fans, TV & ACs for up to 24 hours. - The dining and living areas are not equipped with an air conditioning system. - The home is not wheelchair accessible. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
