This stylish place to stay is perfect for extended stays on the east side of DFW. Downstairs is furnished and decorated. This bedroom for rent has a queen sized only. Room has its own vanity/sink but the shower & toilet are shared (when the other room is booked). Walk in closet in room with additional linen closet and coat closet space upstairs. Please note that this bedroom and the upstairs living room are UNFURNISHED. This space is ideal for long term situations, bringing your own furniture. There is a spot available in the driveway and street parking. A very quiet street with a cul de sac on each end, right along Lake Ray Hubbard. There's a small pier at the end of the street that's perfect for fishing or viewing sunsets. The sunsets here are often spectacular over the lake. I do have a Samoyed mix and a Malamute (large breed dogs) that already live here. Please be aware that these dogs are definitely shedders. I vacuum all the time and I run a roomba daily, but there will probably be dog hair downstairs sometimes. There is a gate preventing the dogs from going upstairs. Because I already have 2 large dogs, there will be no additional pets permitted to stay. There's a washer and dryer downstairs. No smoking. No drug use.
