Friendly, peaceful home close to many amenities and city centre. Set in sought after location in Glasgow. Many parks are in close proximity to our home highlighting the endearment given to Glasgow of “the dear green place.” PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR ROOMS ARE PRICED AT £150 EACH PER NIGHT. WE ONLY ALLOW 2 PEOPLE PER BEDROOM AS THEIR IS ONLY ONE DOUBLE BED IN EACH BEDROOM. 3 bedroomed house with two public rooms. An upstairs study with patio doors leads out onto a balcony which overlooks a large back garden. Seating areas, at various points, in the garden and you can even pick your own organic apples if there are any left. Modern decor throughout the house. Use of kitchen on request. Plenty of spaces for parking outside the house in the street or if required use of our driveway. Buses and trains to Glasgow city centre and further afield are frequent with the train station being a 10 minute walk from the house and bus stop about 3 minutes walk away. Open to sitting and chatting with guests in house over a cup of tea or coffee. Evening meal with us, the hosts, on request. Happy to assist guests in any way we can. Residential area with good amenities and easy access to public transport (bus & train). Within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to public transport making the city centre very accessible. Plenty of parking spaces outside our house which also has a private driveway. Potential of pick up from Glasgow airport if required and discussed in advance. Extremely friendly hosts who enjoy integrating with others and learning about different cultures and customs.
