First and Frost Apartment.

First & Frost Apartment is a remodeled 900-square-foot classroom located inside what was once the Stone Lake Elementary School. You have the option of sharing the front entrance with us or coming in the back entrance right by your unit. Ninety foot hallway separates our quarters from yours. Apartment is fully furnished and updated to a high standard of modern. Large windows have a street view to the west. ATV trails are only a block away. We give you complete privacy but are here if needed. Two bedrooms, each with closets, queen bed, and extra bedding. Full bathroom with plenty of towels. Shampoos and body wash provided. One TV in living room. Extra bedding and air mattress upon request. Boat landing for Stone Lake is half a mile away. ATV trails only a block away. We have a very spacious parking area, perfect if you are hauling boats and ATVs along. Hallway is a great space for parking your mountain bikes. If our gym is not being used by other groups, you are welcome to shoot hoops or play volleyball. We have a half-circle drive by the front entrance for easy parking. If you are pulling a trailer or boat, there is plenty of parking on the side of the building with both entrance and exit space. We are happy to email or text with whatever questions you might have. Your privacy is our priority. We want to make sure you have no problems with your stay. We love having guests stop by our unit and introduce themselves but we let that entirely up to you. Sometimes a vacation is just about less talk and we completely understand that! One night minimum except for Saturday. Saturday bookings require a minimum of two nights. We are on the corner of First and Frost Street. Population of Stone Lake is approximately 450. The town includes two bars, a coffee shop, boutique store, hardware and lumber store, wine shoppe and eatery, laundromat, and bank... Plus, plenty of lakes all around the area for fishing. We love our little Stone Lake. Tv is a smart tv so Netflix, Hulu, etc. No channels.
