Small house with a terrace for couples

Small house, good for couples, not luxury but with all you may need. The house, recently restored, is in a small village on a hill, in Valnerina, Umbria. There you may spend a relaxed and pleasant vacation. The location is strategic to visit the most interesting places in Umbria. No television, you dont need it. You may have breakfast or dinner on the terrace just outside the door, in the green with a view, or under the pergola down the stairs. Come and have a nice vacation! The house has an independent entrance on a very small street, so small that cars cannot pass through it.A short stair brings you on a terrace with a table and a large umbrella. From there you enter the house where you find a dinner room with a new kitchen and a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower and the bedroom has a double bed. The window of the bedroom looks out on the place of the village. Unfortunately, there are ineliminable barriers that make it impossible the autonomous access to people with mobility impairments. It is an old house. There is not a TV. You may arrive by car to the small place of the village (where usually there is always room to park). The place is far about 100 meters from the house, that can be reached only by foot. In the place Sabrina or Luciano will welcome you and lead to the house . Minimum stay two nights on week ends
