Lovely walks can be taken an d it is very central to so many places to visit in area It is essential to have a car really and only about 40 minutes from the coast and a little less to the Broads. Norwich is a great city and Bungay and Beccles a must to visit This has been an exclusive development of six houses. Three are complete now - (which is the Kestrels, The Ravens and the Swallows) the other three are ready in March. The little private road divides to the three houses which are complete and is tarmacked .
