Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.
The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons. In light of the Corona Virus, I have always and will continue to be fastidious in regards to sanitizing The Cottage. All common areas are sanitized after each guest's stay. You will have access to most of my yard. There is a fenced area near the main house which keeps the dogs separate from the rest of the property. That area is off limits. Other than that you are free to roam the property and explore the beautiful foliage. I am as available or not as you need. I respect your privacy. I am always available for questions. East Patchogue is a few miles from Patchogue. A bustling town with many new restaurants and many entertainment venues. The Patchogue Theatre has many interesting acts. The Gateway Theatre in Bellport never disappoints. The LIRR in Patchogue provides easy access to Manhattan. East Patchogue is the gateway to The Hamptons. Parking is available on the left hand side as you face the main house. We are roughly 3.3 miles from the Patchogue train station as well as Davis Park Ferries that take you to Fire Island Of interest, the main house and cottage run on geothermal energy and solar panels (with electric backup). We are trying to decrease or carbon footprint. I strictly enforce the maximum capacity of this space at 2 people. As well as my no smoking policy. Out of respect for my neighbors, parties are prohibited
