Roan Hill Guesthouse

This beautiful, private guesthouse is available year round for nightly and weekly rentals. It’s located just five minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in true western style, and comes fully furnished with a cook-ready kitchen, two bedrooms (1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds), sitting area with Roku TV, free wireless internet access, bath with sink, tub and shower. Pets allowed only with prior owner approval. One dog, no cats. Restrictions apply. The entire guesthouse is available to guests. Lots of room to park. Guests have access to the guesthouse but not the main house or garage. We are available for guests when we are home and enjoy interacting with them. Our guesthouse is very private with no direct neighbors or cross streets. Getting around by car is most recommended. Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any pets.
