This cottage is close to downtown Royse City, with restaurants, a new beer garden and one of the best bbq restaurants in the state, Session BBQ. It’s also near many wedding venues throughout the Rockwall, Royse City and Quinlan areas. We are available by phone call and text message. The neighborhood is just on the north side of downtown Royse City. There is plenty of parking in the driveway beside the house. The garage is off limits as we have some things stored in it.
