Sunsetbay Cottage

Located in the heart of Sunset Bay. Two minute walk to boat launch and fish cleaning station. Short walk to beach, club and restaurants. This large 2 bedroom cottage, comfortably sleeps 6, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Relax in the hammock, or play a game of volleyball while you wait for your dinner to finish cooking on the grill. Eat dinner together on the huge multi level patio, right before you hit the beach for an epic sunset, or grab some drinks with friends at the bar or beach club. Guests are able to access all areas of the cottage, deck and large yard. Always a phone call or text message away. All you can eat Crab at Cabana Sams. 2-9pm Happy Hour daily with excellent specials at Beach club and Cabana Sams We will provide complimentary beach passes for all guests, they must be left in the cottage when you leave ...they are to be used year round for all of our renters. We take all necessary precautions very seriously when it comes to being overly prepared. We keep sanitizer,disinfectant , and extra cleaning supplies fully stocked. In addition to following all current health and safety guidelines. No parties or gatherings are allowed at any time. No more than six people are allowed to stay in the cottage and at the cottage at all times. This includes children they are required to be marked as guests at all times when you are booking the cottage. Please disclose all guests upon booking. This is required. Failure to disclose will result in denial of booking or right to refusal at check-in resulting in us keeping all sums paid. We reserve the right to keep all sums paid for failure to disclose.
