Kingscliff Farm/Beach Getaway

Located only 10 minutes from the famous Salt Beach Restaurants and Kingscliff Beach (one of the most sort after beachside holiday locations in Australia), is this unique country homestead nestled amongst native trees looking over the beautiful farmlands of Duranbah. Only a few minutes drive to thriving Cudgen/Duranbah farm lands that include Tropical Fruit World, Farm & Co Organic Cafe and Farm, Red Earth Boutique MicroBrewery and the luxury wedding venue, Plantation House. My lovely family home is very spacious. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The lower floor is a self contained studio apartment with air conditioning, its own kitchenette, loungeroom, garden bathroom, toilet, courtyard. Lots of room for kids to play outdoors. A very lay-back deck and pool area with a summer spa. There is a claw foot bath in master bathroom, great for relaxing - bring some therapeutic bath salts. 3 living rooms on the centre floor - a sun room, one for lounging and watching tv and the other more formal. The homestead is surrounded by verandahs which keeps the house cool In summer with the prevailing breezes. Guest have full access to the entire home and outdoor entertainment and pool area as well as fenced yard. As per the pictures, the yard is very spacious and can be enjoyed by all guests. My beautiful home is around a 12 minute drive away. Close to Tropical Fruit World and Plantation House, which now hosts spectacular weddings and therefore perfect for friends and family of the bride and/or groom to stay. Just along the road at Cudgen Rd is Farm & Co - fast becoming the most sought out eating place for vegetarians. Just up a little further is the Red Earth Brewery, unique, great pop up eateries, a selection of beers and wines and great music. A little further along you arrive at Kingscliff Beach!! My most favourite beachside village in the whole world. You do need a car at Duranbah. It is a 12 minute leisurely country drive from Kingscliff. If you are into walking, the countryside around here is spectacular. The homestead is just perfect for family get togethers and a great place to chill out. It has everything you need. You are staying at an extremely sort after area of the Tweed Coast. Close to all of the amenities as well the famous beaches and creek that Kingscliff and Casuarina have to offer as well as the country living lifestyle venues such as Husk Distillery, Red Earth Brewer, Tropical Fruit world, Farm & Co Organic Cafe and Farm as well as just a short 15 minute drive further inland to Murwillumbah and 10 Minutes to Tumbulgum and just a short 20 minute drive from the the Gold Coast airport and 35 minutes from Byron Bay
